Stress Less, Live More

Life doesn’t get less busy. Between showing up for work and showing up for our friends and families, juggling the many demands of life can leave us feeling overwhelmed and exhausted. Sometimes we don’t have enough energy left to show up for ourselves. After making it through our long litany of to do’s there’s no time or energy left to do the things that bring us greater satisfaction and meaning. It’s easy to get caught up in the hustle. But when we do, our days become filled with “should dos” and not enough “want to dos”. This imbalance deprives us of a sense of joy and accomplishment, and leaves us feeling exhausted and burnt out.

Left unchecked, chronic stress can lead to mental health difficulties like anxiety and depression, as well as physical conditions including cardiovascular disease, headaches, gastrointestinal issues, problematic skin, hair loss, and sexual dysfunction.

By learning new ways to manage stress we can increase our energy and motivation, be present for our life, enjoy the moment we are in, reduce feelings of burnout, and enhance our overall well-being.
